ROY CULLENBINE

Roy Cullenbine hit 24 home runs, his best ever, during his last season in the majors. The one-time Tiger bat boy was given a brief trial in 1938 and 1939 and declared a free agent the following year. He signed with Brooklyn and then played for several other clubs before returning to Detroit in 1945.
