HENRY KIMBRO

[Briggs] Stadium was used as a neutral site for Negro League games in the 1940s. It was during this period that Baltimore Elite Giants outfielder Henry "Jumbo" Kimbro (pictured crossing the plate) hit a home run out of the stadium.
