I met Bill Doran as a 14 year old girl. I was an Astros fan because of him. He met me and my family before a game on his 32nd birthday. I gave him a card and talked to him during batting practice. He rode with us in the elevator, and told us great stories. He was a great player and a great guy. I adore Billy D.
