Kelly Gruber signed autographs for Rogers Cable employees today (9/27/01) in Toronto.

Mr. Gruber was simply terrific! The Rogers staff/Gruber fans just loved him!

I was fortunate enough to meet him as his car pulled in the driveway!

He was genuinely interested in hearing my memories of him sliding (head first) into first base. Yes! First base! I remembered that he scratched up his chin pretty badly.

He looked wonderful! The chin was not scarred. He was very gracious. Mr. Gruber thanked me for taking the time to talk to him!

I'm in love!!
