Peter Munro's Autograph

by Peter DiStefano (Freehold, NJ)

Peter Munro had pitched very well for the Trenton Thunder on the night of August 16, 1997. I had just turned ten and was a little reluctant to approach him for an autograph outside the park, but my dad encouraged me to. Peter smiled and signed my baseball without any hesitation. I still have that baseball with only his autograph on it and am happy to see that he is doing so well. I wish him continued success and hope I get to see him pitch again in the majors.
