Scott Boras
The Early Years
by Burton D. Goldstein M.D. (Baltimore, MD)

In the late '70's and early '80's I knew Scott Boras in south Sacramento. I was on staff in anesthesia and he was the pharmacist at Methodist Hospital in Sacramento, CA. He was very well taught and trained in his profession, and I could always count on his up to date knowledge on any number of medications that may have been involved with any patient. He was starting to go to law school and had the drive to be a good pharmacist and a good law student. I think it's called "drive".
