 HILLTOP PARK, 1907 | Hilltop Park sat on approximately the highest elevation in Manhattan.
Spectators who sat in the top rows behind home plate and along the
third-base line could look behind them to enjoy a great view of the Hudson
River and the New Jersey Palisades. Looking toward home plate with the
Hudson River in the background, this c. 1907 view was probably taken from
