1942 | This broadside was to have been used to advertise the 1942 version of the City of David ball club. However, before the season ever got underway, Louis Buck (for left) and George Anderson (far right) were drafted into the army. Doc Tally and John Tucker played for the St. Joseph Auto's, and the City of David did not send another team on the road until 1946.
