VIRGIL TRUCKS | During a season in which Virgil Trucks lost 19 games, he had two special occasions on which to smile. On May 25, 1952, he hurled a no-hitter against the Washington Senators and then duplicated the feat with a second masterpiece at the expense of the New York Yankees on August 25.
