Bobby Doerr

BOBBY DOERR | The Boston Red Sox’s Bobby Doerr takes his cuts in batting practice at Comiskey Park in the late ‘40s. One of the best fielding second basemen of his day, Doerr was also a decent hitter, accumulating more than 2,000 hits and a .288 average over 14 seasons.
