When Zinn hit six home runs for the 1912 Yankees (then called the Highlanders), he
tied the then-existing club record. He was sold to the Braves that December and,
after a salary dispute, jumped to the Federal League. In 1914 he broke his leg, an
injury that eventually ended his career.
