» August 9, 1997: Toledo (American Association) tops visiting Richmond, 11–10, 13 innings. Mudhen LF Bubba Trammell is four for seven with four home runs and five RBIs. Trammell homers in the 9th inning to tie the game and again in the 13th inning to win it.

» July 28, 2000: The Mets pick up All-star SS Mike Bordick from the Orioles for IF/OF Melvin Mora, C Mike Kinkade, and pitchers Lesli Brea and Pat Gorman. New York then picks up OF Bubba Trammell and P Rick White from the Devil Rays for light-hitting OF Jason Tyner and P Paul Wilson.

» December 11, 2000: The Mets trade OF Bubba Trammell to the Padres for P Donne Wall.

» May 17, 2001: Desi Relaford of the New York Mets became the third position player this year to take the mound as he pitches the ninth inning of a 15-3 blowout by the San Diego Padres. Relaford displays a 91-mph fastball as he fires a perfect inning. Starter Steve Trachsel takes the loss and sets a club record by serving up four homers (to Alex Arias, Rickey Henderson, Ryan Klesko, and Bubba Trammell) in the 3rd inning. The Pads set a team record with 11 extra base hits.

» May 19, 2001: The Padres score in every inning except the 4th as they defeat the Expos, 20-7. It is the first time in franchise history that Expo pitchers have surrendered that many runs, a span of 5,098 games. It also ties the Padres club record. The Pads really heat it up in the 5th, scoring 3-3-5-3-3 in the last five innings to score 20 for the second time in franchise history (July 27, 1996). Bubba Trammell leads with a 3-run homer and six RBIs, and Rickey Henderson adds a 2-run home run in the 8th.

» June 23, 2002: The San Diego Padres blow out the Florida Marlins, 18–2, collecting a club–record 10 hits in a 9–run fifth inning Bubba Trammell has four hits, including two homers, one a leadoff home run in the 5th. The final 11 Padres in the inning all bat with the bases loaded as the Padres score eight runs, one base at a time.

» August 23, 2002: The Padres score nine runs in the 5th inning on their way to an 18–2 win over the Marlins. Bubba Trammell, who has two homers in the game, starts the scoring in the 5th with a homer.7 players have RBIs in the 5th, and the last 11 hitters come up with the bases loaded. Jake Peavy is the easy winner.
