» July 6, 1995: The Red Sox obtain P Rick Aguilera from the Twins in exchange for P Frankie Rodriguez and a player to be named.

» March 29, 2000: Diamondbacks slugger Matt Williams breaks a bone in his right foot in the D'Backs last exhibition game in Tucson versus the Mariners when the All-star 3B fouls a Frankie Rodriguez pitch off his foot. Williams broke the same bone in 1995 and missed 68 games.

» July 22, 2001: In the Marlins 11–7 win over the Reds, Cincy P Frankie Rodriguez strikes out four batters in one inning, the 7th. He's the 4th Reds hurler to do it. Earlier this season, Erik Hiljus of the Oakland A's turned the trick.
