After an unspectacular rookie season, Robinson was 13-6, 2.98 for the Tigers by August 24, 1988 but spent the rest of the year on the DL. The 6'6" righthander shut out the Yankees 8-0 on August 7, 1987, retiring the last 24 batters in a row. (SCL)
