Frazier, who spent most of his career as a set-up reliever, is best known for tying the World Series record for losses with three for the Yankees in 1981. He also pitched in the 1984 LCS for the Cubs and the 1987 WS for the Twins. Frazier had a career-high eight saves for the 1983 Yankees. (EG)
