The often-injured Bosley usually hit well when given the chance, but never got more than 180 at-bats in any one season. He led the ML in pinch hits in both 1985 and 1987 and hit six pinch home runs for the Cubs in '85. He was on the DL seven different times in his career. Bosley led the California League with 90 stolen bases for Salinas in 1976. (ME)
