The younger brother of Milt Bolling, Frank twice hit 15 homers in a season. During his dozen ML years he never played an inning at any position other than second base. With the Tigers, he led AL second basemen in fielding in 1958. Traded to the Braves for centerfielder Billy Bruton after the 1960 season, he led NL second basemen in fielding in 1961, '62, and '64, finishing with a career mark of .982. (GEB)
