Four players -- Montreal's Geoff Blum and Colorado's Edgard Clemente, Todd Helton, and Dante Bichette -- each hit a pair, while Jose Vidro and Rondell White also connect. It is only the 3rd time in major league history that four players have each hit two home runs in the same game.

The Astros defeat the Expos, 13-7, as Julio Lugo gets five hits, including a pair of doubles. Jeff Bagwell has four hits, including a grand slam, and five ribbies. Geoff Blum has four hits for the Expos.
» June 26, 2001: The Marlins Brad Penny (8 innings) and Antonio Alfonseca (1 inning) combine to 1-hit the Expos, 3-0. 3B Geoff Blum's single is the only Montreal hit.

The Expos beat the Marlins, 9–6. Montreal 3B Geoff Blum homers from both sides of the plate in the contest.
