May 4, 1991 - Mackey Sasser and Mark Carreon stroke consecutive pinch HRs‚ off Jeff Brantley‚ in the Mets' 6-4‚ 12-inning win over the Giants. It is the first time the feat has been performed in the NL since 1975. Howard Johnson finishes the scoring with a 2-run homer in the 12th.
